The Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) is the European Union's long-term budget, setting the financial priorities and limits for a period of seven years. Through a review of literature and analysis of policy outcomes, the study identifies the positive and negative consequences of the MFF on economic growth, social cohesion, and regional development within the EU.
